1.Name-Based Dialing

The Name-Based Dialing functionality facilitates calling by recognizing the designated person's name. Users can either input the name using keypad touchtones or conveniently speak it aloud to initiate the call. This feature operates by identifying the corresponding number through the contact's 'first name' or 'first three letters of the first name'. Utilizing this feature necessitates the inclusion of the desired party's contact information.

2.Extension-Based Dialing
